In addition, she has experience in planning and executing residential and commercial property purchases/sales, investment property acquisitions, luxury home purchases and sales of which she have made invaluable contributions to her clients' real estate needs. Ms. Keyes has earned nationally recognized designations such as Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Short Sales/ Foreclosure Resource (S.F.R.) and Senior Real Estate Representative (SRES) which equips her to help both buyers and sellers navigate all real estate transactions. Tonya is dedicated to excellence in customer service and client satisfaction. Recently, Ms. Keyes was recognized by the Office of the Hudson County Executive as the First African American Woman to open and broker a real estate company in Jersey City. In addition to her professional endeavors, Tonya volunteers with several charitable and civic organizations for the improvement of her community. She serves as Director on the Liberty Board of Realtors; Chairperson for Jersey City Employment & Training Program; Vice President on the Board of Trustee Golden Door Charter School in Jersey City.
